How do I access the program from my phone?
For the smoothest experience, we recommend using a desktop or laptop at academy.mckinseyaccelerate.com.
If you’d like to use your phone:
- Download the McKinsey Accelerate app:
- When prompted, enter the platform URL: academy.mckinseyaccelerate.com
- Log in with your registered email and password. (If it’s your first login, use the generic password from your Welcome email.)
Please note that the learning platform will not work on a mobile browser, only through the app.
The mobile app shows an error or blank screen
If the app doesn’t load correctly, try the following:
- Check that your device is connected to the internet and that you’re running the latest version of iOS or Android.
- Close the app completely and reopen it. Be sure to tap the Sign in button only once.
- If that doesn’t work, uninstall and reinstall the app.
If the issue continues, please submit your question through the Contact Us button. Our team will get back to you within 2–3 working days.
The app is asking for a Platform URL

Then proceed to the login page and sign in with your Forward email and password.

Where can I find the Forward Learning Workbook?
The Forward Learning Workbook summarizes key lessons and tools from each section of the program. You’ll find it at the beginning of every course in your learning plan, and you can download it as a PDF.
We encourage you to use the Workbook to reflect on your experiences and take notes, it’s also a great resource to keep after the program ends.
