Larissa manages demand-side work in McKinsey.org’s Sustainable Communities program in Argentina and Indonesia, working with consumer companies on ways to stabilize the demand for recyclables.

Prior to joining McKinsey.org, Larissa worked at Rubix Group, a European industrial supply and distribution network, as a Project Manager supporting the integration of four business units in Spain.

Larissa was previously an investment banking analyst at Itaú BBA and a consultant at McKinsey & Company. She joined the São Paulo office in 2010, serving mainly financial institutions and the travel & logistics sector. In 2015, she transferred to the Sydney office, serving clients in the mining industry.

Larissa is a Brazilian citizen and holds an MSc in International Management from ESADE in Barcelona.
