Prior to joining McKinsey.org, Larissa worked across the globe in investment banking, management consulting and industrial supply giving her a unique view on how private sector partnerships can drive circular economy and supply chain solutions to the global waste challenge.
A native Brazilian, Larissa is back home in Latin America after working abroad in Barcelona and Sydney. She holds a business degree from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in Brazil and a MSc in International Management from ESADE in Barcelona.
Larissa’s passion for sustainability crosscuts her entire life – she has shifted to using a bike as a main mode of transportation, eating a plant-based diet and makes her own sustainable products. Just ask her for her almond milk recipe! When she’s not cooking, Larissa can be found practicing ashtanga yoga in studios across Buenos Aires.
